Who is responsible?
Vanora Trading is a Dutch B2B vanilla trading company. For questions about this policy or your data, email us at info@vanoratrading.com.
What data do we collect?
Through the contact form on this website we collect your name, email address and message. You may optionally add a company name and your interest (for example vanilla beans, powder and paste, or bulk). We do not collect additional data through this form.
Why do we use this data?
We use the data only to reply to your enquiry, discuss a quote or sample, or continue an existing business conversation. We do not use it for newsletters or automated marketing unless you later ask us to.
How is the form sent?
The contact form is sent through Resend, an email service. Your message reaches us as an email. Resend processes the delivery as a service provider. We do not share your data with other parties for their own purposes.
How long do we keep data?
We generally keep contact enquiries for up to two years after the last contact, so we can follow up on an ongoing or repeat request. After that we delete them, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing customer relationship or a legal obligation. This period is a working assumption and should be confirmed legally.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, and in some cases to object or request data portability. Send those requests to info@vanoratrading.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
